To Mop Without Turning Off the Tap?

疫症下人人自危，每個國家禁止外國人入境之下，政府卻假封關，

堅拒全面封關禁止外地人進城，每日仍有逾萬外地人入境。

好比在不關水龍頭之下，不斷的被命令要拖地。

 

Countries are in a fake lock-down mode towards COVID-19, leading the local medical system that originally in shortage of resource has been fully overloaded. The main immigration control points from outside have not been blocked, medical support seem to be corrupted.

As a metaphor, it was questioned what is the point to mop without turn off the watering tap.
